Overview We are seeking experienced and dedicated gardeners and Mow Crew Lead with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, trimming trees, planting, and garden care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation. Maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements to enhance outdoor spaces. Conduct irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water management. Provide tree care services including trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality. Execute snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Assist with landscape design implementation and perform routine maintenance to uphold high standards of quality. Qualifications Minimum of five years of professional experience in gardening, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance roles. Proven mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, hand tools, and construction machinery such as excavators. Strong understanding of horticulture principles, plant health care, and landscape maintenance techniques. Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Ability to perform tree trimming, pruning, and tree care safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation required.
