Pay may include:

We're looking for a Tech in Garden Care who wants to become the kind of person a Crew Manager can trust, rely on, and develop into a future leader. Your role is to help the crew deliver garden care work safely, efficiently, and to standard so the landscape stays healthy, polished, and worthy of the High Prairie Outdoors name. What you'll do Support daily property care execution, cleanliness, organization, and production flow Assist with garden care services, including: Weeding, edging, deadheading, and bed detailing Shrub and perennial pruning support Soil and mulch work Planting and seasonal color installation General plant care and property presentation tasks Operate tools and equipment when trained and authorized Help maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment Support quality by paying attention to plant health, appearance, and detail work Protect materials, tools, and plantings while contributing to crew productivity Support the broader Garden Care team as needed across seasonal and recurring service work What we're looking for Experience in garden care, landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor work preferred Interest in learning plant identification, pruning practices, and horticultural standards Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical work consistently Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to take direction well Valid driver's license preferred Clear interest in growing into greater responsibility and future leadership How you win here You win here by becoming someone the team can count on.
