Underground Utility Foreperson

Lead, motivate, and supervise a skilled crew of up to five team members to deliver high-quality underground utility installations. Organize daily tasks, set clear goals, and ensure efficient project execution from start to finish. Manage materials, equipment, and vehicles to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records—including time cards and daily reports—and monitor project costs to keep work on track and within budget. Uphold and enforce company policies, prioritizing safety and compliance at every stage. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of plans, specifications, and expectations. Perform essential physical tasks, including heavy lifting and operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment. Drive continuous improvement and take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
