What You'll Do As an Enhancement Crew Member, you'll work alongside a team to create and improve outdoor spaces for residential and commercial customers. You'll learn and perform work including: Landscape installation Hardscape installation Drainage projects General landscape construction Operating tools and equipment Maintaining Schendel's quality standards Providing customers with a professional, positive experience This is hands-on work where you can see the results of your effort every day . As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance within the company. You should:

Show up on time and maintain excellent attendance Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Be willing to learn new skills and take direction Want to grow personally and professionally Be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather Be able to stand, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and perform physical work for extended periods Be able to lift up to 85 pounds Have reliable transportation to and from our office Be at least 18 years old Experience is preferred, but not required.
