Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, on-call every third week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Make Ready Tech team member to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our property. This position includes groundskeeping, facility cleaning, and light maintenance responsibilities, along with participation in an on-call rotation every third week. Groundskeeper/Make Ready Tech Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, including: Laundry facilities, Fitness center, Leasing office Remove trash from the property and common areas Fill and maintain pet waste stations Clean breezeways and exterior common spaces Perform biweekly HVAC filter changes Conduct biweekly smoke detector checks Water plants and maintain landscaping Pull weeds and assist with grounds upkeep Assist with occasional apartment make-readies Move appliances as needed Perform light maintenance tasks and assist maintenance staff when needed Participate in an on-call rotation every third week Groundskeeper/Make Ready Tech Requirements Previous maintenance experience preferred Must have basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to assist with on-call maintenance issues Must have tools including drills, screw drivers, and pliers. Ability to lift and move appliances when necessary Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
