What You'll Be Doing Assist with landscape and hardscape installations (pavers, patios, garden beds, retaining walls, etc.) Set up and clean job sites daily Safely operate hand tools and equipment Follow detailed instructions from the Foreman and Project Manager Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates Help maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles What We're Looking For Dependable and hardworking Positive attitude and team-oriented Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license required Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction is a plus , but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus We'll Train the Right Person If you bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'll invest in your growth. We're looking for someone who's eager to gain new skills and take pride in their work, even if they're just starting out.
