Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team fort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch lawn care services to our clients in the Kansas City area. Since we are more than halfway through the season already, we would like to find someone with experience with commercial mowers. 40+ hours per week, from now through November 30th, with a high probability of rehire in March. Enjoy the winter months off, however and wherever you'd like!
Responsibilities:
Mowing lawns using various mowers and equipment (Wright Standers, and occasional push mower) Operating power equipment such as trimmers, edgers, and blowers Trimming and edging around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls Clearing debris and waste from lawns and gardens Communicating effectively with team members and clients Could include mulching, weeding and/or maintaining Landscape beds
Requirements:
Experience with commercial mowers required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Full M-F work-week schedule, with some weekends needed when there are weather delays. Overtime pay starts at 50 hours/week.
