Landscape & Lawn Care Crew Member — Growth Opportunity to Crew Leader JOCO Lawn About Us JOCO Lawn is a growing lawn and landscape company serving the Kansas area. We're expanding our team and looking for our very first employee — someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in and out. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: as our company grows, so will your role. The Opportunity As our first hire, you'll work directly alongside the owners learning every part of the business — mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and general lawn care, along with landscaping work like installs, mulch, and rock. This isn't just a mowing job. We're building out a full crew next year, and we're looking for someone who wants to step into a Crew Leader position as we grow, with more responsibility, more pay, and a real path forward. After a year or two as Crew Leader, there's real potential to move into a higher-level role in the company — off the equipment and out of the physical labor entirely. What You'll Do Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and lawn cleanup at residential and commercial properties Assist with landscaping projects including installs, mulch, and rock work Operate and maintain lawn and landscape equipment safely and efficiently Represent JOCO Lawn professionally with customers Learn our systems and routes with the goal of eventually leading your own crew Help train future hires as we grow the team What We're Looking For Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in a job well done Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, physically active work Valid driver's license (a plus, not always required) Prior lawn care/landscaping experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person Someone looking for more than "just a job" — we want to invest in you long-term Pay & Growth Starting at $24/hour First hire at JOCO Lawn — direct path to Crew Leader role within the next year After a year or two as Crew Leader, opportunity to move into a higher-level role in the company, without doing physical labor Schedule Full-time, seasonal outdoor work Interested?
