We are a local, fast-growing tree service looking for a reliable, hard-working Groundsman to join our crew. No previous tree care experience is necessary—we will train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a great attitude. This is a full-time position with room for growth into specialized roles like climbing, equipment operation, or crew leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting the crew with daily tree trimming, removal, and cleanup operations. Operating machinery (chippers, saws, loaders) safely on job sites. Dragging brush, raking debris, and ensuring job sites are left clean and professional. Supporting safety protocols and working closely with team members.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License required. Strong team player with a positive, dependable attitude. Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable working flexible, non-set hours (we typically average over 40 hours per week ).
