Rexford, KS Sentri Homes, a nationwide residential construction company, is looking for a reliable contractor to complete a property cleanup ahead of an exterior renovation project. The Job An older residential property needs vegetation cleared away from the exterior walls before a siding crew begins work. This is a cleanup job, not a landscaping redesign — the goal is simply to remove overgrowth and open up access to the home's exterior. Scope of Work Cut back/remove weeds, vines, brush, and overgrowth Cut down/cut back unwanted bushes and shrubs Trim/remove interfering tree limbs and branches Address smaller trees/volunteer growth obstructing access as necessary Clear vegetation away from exterior walls to give the following siding crew adequate working room Pay particular attention to the side of the house near the fence and around the HVAC equipment Rake and clean all affected areas Load and haul away all debris generated by the cleanup Leave affected areas clean and open

Pay:

$1,000.00 per day
