Job Description
Redline Landscaping & Snow Removal is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for both experienced crew leaders (Foremen) and hardworking laborers for lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services. Whether you're an experienced professional who can lead a crew or someone with landscaping experience looking to grow, we'd like to hear from you. Job Duties Mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance Landscape installation and mulch projects Shrub and hedge trimming Spring and fall cleanups Operating commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment Loading and unloading equipment and materials Snow plowing, snow blowing, and shoveling during winter weather events Maintaining a professional appearance and quality workmanship Foreman Responsibilities (Experience Required) Lead and manage a crew efficiently Ensure work is completed to company standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate with customers professionally Safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment Requirements Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver's license is a must!
