Grand Rivers, KY 42045 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Keeper/Maintenance professional to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. This daytime position involves maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor grounds and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools. Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of buildings and facilities. Ensure walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of debris. Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months as needed. Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred. Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently. Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license preferred. Work Schedule This is a daytime position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
