Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Decorator to maintain and improve our indoor and outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure our indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for decortaing indoors and outdoors, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This position is seasonal with the possibility of year around employment, to help with Christmas from September 1st through November 25th.

Key Responsibilities:

Working 8 weeks indoors and 4 weeks outdoors Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm with

NO EXCEPTIONS

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the company

Requirements:

Job includes working with florals, garlands, lights and painting Ability to operate and maintain indoor and outdoor equipment Properly operating a drill Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb/stand on ladders for long periods of time Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
