Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care and Landscaping Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. You'll be responsible for maintaining lush lawns, designing appealing hardscape features, and ensuring every project meets high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and gardens through pruning, trimming, planting, and watering Operate various power tools and hand tools safely for landscaping projects and routine maintenance Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, or removal with proper equipment like chainsaws or excavators when necessary Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties while maintaining landscaping equipment in peak condition Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers and power tools Experience in lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques for gardens, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail along with good communication skills for team collaboration Join us in shaping stunning outdoor environments!
