Job Description Lawn Care Crew Member Hatfield Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing crew. You'll work outdoors providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities:

Mow residential and commercial properties Trim and edge lawns with a string trimmer Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Help with mulch installation, landscaping, and property cleanups Operate commercial lawn equipment safely Load and unload equipment and keep trailers organized Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude Follow safety procedures and take care of company equipment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outside in hot weather Reliable transportation to work Willingness to learn and work as a team Experience is preferred but not required—we can train the right person.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
