for our outstanding landscape team if you have at least 1 year of landscape job experience in the past 5 years ! You must be motivated, reliable, & a good team player . You must have professional on-the-job experience installing and maintaining landscapes for clients who expect only the best full-service landscaping- this is NOT a lawn mowing job .
STARTING PAY
$18 PER HOUR If you have on-the-job experience driving a crew truck and pulling a trailer, YOUCAN EARN MORE!
Job Qualifications:
You must have at least 1 year of professional landscape experience in the past 5 years, with excellent job references. You must have landscape installation and maintenance experience. Lawn mowing experience will NOT qualify you . You must have a clean background & drug screen. You must have physical strength and stamina to perform all job duties to work outdoors in all conditions, lifting & carrying 50 lbs, & walking/bending for long periods. You must have a high school diploma or GED. You must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, & reliable vehicle to get to work. You must understand the English language. You must be motivated, reliable, and respectful . You must be dedicated to practicing safety on the job .Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend daily crew meetings & participate in tailgate safety meetings. Load & unload equipment & materials. Use hand & power tools to prepare planting areas; install plants, pavers, stone, edging, irrigation, drainage, & low-voltage landscape lighting. Use hand and power tools to remove weeds, prune & fertilize plants, distribute mulch, remove job-site debris, inspect irrigation systems & make minor repairs. Represent the company through professional, respectful, & cooperative behavior. Maintain attention to detail in your work. Promote safe working conditions & follow required safety standards to prevent accidents. Keep all company tools, vehicles, trailers, & shop in clean condition. Maintain your company uniform in clean condition. Assist supervisor to accurately prepare field records for job reports. Work in all seasons, in hot, cold, & rainy weather; lift & carry 50 lb.; walk/bend for long periods. Work occasional overtime & Saturdays due to inclement weather.NO SMOKING OR USE OF MOBILE PHONE FOR PERSONAL REASONS WHILE ON THE JOB.
