Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to help keep our greenhouse and property looking their best. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has basic maintenance skills, and takes pride in keeping things in great condition. We are looking for a full time employee to work 30 hours on average, with up to 40 hours seasonally in the spring.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance of the property and greenhouse Assist in maintaining general plant health including fertilizing, pest and disease control Monitor and maintain weed control throughout property Maintenance irrigation and drip systems Build structures as needed

Qualifications:

Self- motivated Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or property maintenance preferred. Ability to troubleshoot irrigation or watering systems Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must have reliable means of transportation Hiring process consists of at least two separate interviews. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
