This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed), starting at $17 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates must have prior experience working with a professional lawn care or landscape company. Job duties include mowing, weed-eating, blowing off hardscapes, trimming trees and shrubs, pulling weeds, assisting with landscape installations, and performing general landscape maintenance. This position serves as a key support role for our maintenance crews and may occasionally act as a backup driver when needed. Because of this, applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet the expectations required of a crew leader when called upon. Reliable transportation to and from our office is required daily, as company vehicles must be picked up and returned each day. Our office is located in Denham Springs, and we service Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.
