Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grass Cutter to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through precise mowing, trimming, and groundskeeping activities. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other landscaping equipment to maintain grassed areas and gardens Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using hand tools or power tools to enhance landscape aesthetics Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and turf areas Identify different plant species and assess their health for optimal landscape maintenance Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to control pests and promote healthy growth Perform groundskeeping tasks such as edging, weeding, mulching, and planting new greenery Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols during outdoor work activities Requirements Proven experience in outdoor groundskeeping or landscaping roles with knowledge of lawn care techniques Mechanical knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and power tools Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management Ability to operate irrigation systems and perform basic construction or hardscape maintenance as needed Strong understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior experience with snow plowing or tree trimming is a plus but not mandatory Join our team if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
