Job Overview Tree Service Ground Crew Member We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Ground Crew Member to join our tree service team. This role is essential in supporting safe and efficient job site operations by clearing debris, loading materials, and maintaining a clean work area after tree removal. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in leaving each job site neat and customer-ready. Duties Help with yard organization, material handling, and staging equipment for daily operations. Once trees are cut, you will be clearing the area and loading the debris into trailers for removal from the job site. Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Qualifications Growing experience or background in horticulture, arboriculture, or landscaping is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions. Must have a valid Drivers License and have a good driving record. There will be a background check to make sure you're clear to drive our vehicles and be added to our insurance. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
