Rigging Full Job Description Description:

Are you looking for a hands-on, outdoor job where you can build new skills and grow with a professional crew? Andrade Trees & Forestry Services is hiring Ground Crewmen to join our field operations team. You'll support experienced climbers and operators with tree removals, rigging, debris hauling, and jobsite cleanup. If you're dependable, physically fit, and ready to work — we'll teach you everything else. This is a great entry-level position for those interested in the tree care trade, with advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Help with tree removal and pruning work Haul brush, limbs, and debris Use chainsaws, chippers, and other tools (we'll train you!) Keep the job site clean and organized Follow safety rules and wear PPE Show up on time and ready to work each day

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in tree care, tree trimming, lawn care, or landscaping is beneficial. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable team players who can lift 50+ lbs. Willingness to be coached, follow instructions, and learn new skills A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.
