Duties Install various landscape features including light hardscape, low-volt lighting, irrigation systems, drainage systems, and garden beds using hand tools and power tools. Growth potential to lead and manage landscape construction crews Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, seasonal planting, and irrigation system installation or repair. Operate construction equipment like skid loaders, tillers, and sod cutters and other machinery safely to assist with site preparation and landscaping projects. potential to operate vehicles to and from job sites Maintain organization, timelines, and record keeping time and materials Maintain plant health through horticultural practices such as watering, fertilizing, mulching, and pest control Support ongoing landscape projects by following detailed plans and specifications while adhering to safety standards. Experience Prior experience in landscaping installation or maintenance is required; additional training will be provided for the right motivated candidate. Basic understanding of horticulture principles including plant care and landscape design concepts is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Planting, plant identification, and other horticultural knowledge Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot on-site challenges effectively. Valid driver's license may be required depending on project needs.
