Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our lawn care team. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with technical skills and a strong work ethic, will help deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Minor flower bed maintenance Operating and maintaining lawn equipment Ensuring properties are left clean and professional-looking Requirements Dependable and punctual Ability to work in outdoor conditions Must be able to lift 40+ Ibs Valid driver's license (preferred) Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Experience working with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is preferred Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow instructions precisely Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks and client satisfaction
