Job Description
To be successful in this role, you must: Be 18 years of age or older Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member Landscaping experience is a plus Ready to work hard in weather conditions (heat, cold etc.) Excellent communication skills Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching Qualifications A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment Knowledge and ability to use landscape related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.) High school degree or GED is preferred A valid driver license and a clean driving record is a plus Ability to read and write Successfully undergo and pass DISA Drug Screening Successfully undergo and pass DISA Background Check Possess or can obtain a TWIC Card Adhere to close-shave compliance Compensation / Benefits 401K plan with partial match Paid Time Off to include Vacation and Sick Dental, Vision, Disability and many more supplemental insurances Health insurance package
