Full-Time Job Description We are currently hiring Beautification Technicians to assist with maintaining and enhancing the appearance of public spaces throughout the City of Pineville. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping their community clean, attractive, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance throughout the city Plant, water, weed, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other greenery Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and public areas Remove litter and debris from parks, streetscapes, and city properties Assist with seasonal beautification projects and landscape improvements Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and work assignments as directed Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
