Job Opening:
Landscape Technician Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing property maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys working outdoors in a variety of environments. Responsibilities As a Landscape Technician, you will perform a wide range of commercial property maintenance services, including: Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Landscape installation and maintenance Mulching, planting, pruning, and weed control Irrigation system troubleshooting and repairs Gutter cleaning Debris removal Pressure washing of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces Seasonal property cleanups Basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed Loading, unloading, and caring for tools and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to safely operate lawn care and landscaping equipment Experience with irrigation repairs is a plus Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work On-the-job training Supportive team environment Quality equipment and tools If you're motivated, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors while helping create and maintain beautiful properties, we'd love to hear from you.
