Job Description
Position Summary Pelican Urgent Care is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Landscaper to maintain the exterior appearance of all Pelican Urgent Care clinic locations . This position will be responsible for routine lawn care, landscaping, and general outdoor upkeep at each of our locations to ensure all properties remain clean, attractive, and well-maintained for our patients, staff, and visitors. The position will average approximately 20 hours per week , with work divided among all Pelican Urgent Care clinic locations . Regular travel between each clinic location will be required as part of the position. Responsibilities Provide routine landscaping and exterior grounds maintenance at all Pelican Urgent Care clinic locations Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and grassy areas Trim bushes, shrubs, hedges, and other landscaping Remove weeds from flower beds and landscaped areas Blow and clear sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances of grass clippings, leaves, and debris Pick up litter and maintain cleanliness around the exterior of each clinic location Maintain flower beds, mulch, and other landscaped areas as needed Perform seasonal landscaping and general property cleanup Identify landscaping or exterior maintenance concerns and report them to management Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Travel between all clinic locations as part of the regular weekly work schedule Perform other related outdoor maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience required Dependable and able to work independently Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry landscaping equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearance Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations Valid driver's license preferred Schedule & Compensation Approximately 20 hours per week Flexible part-time schedule based on landscaping needs $15-$20 per hour , depending on experience Pelican Urgent Care is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help ensure each of our clinic locations maintains a clean, welcoming, and professional exterior.
