JOB SUMMARY

The Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Moving Lawns Edging lawns Trimming weeds/grass from parking lots Blowing debris from sidewalks/parking lots Picking up trash from hospital grounds including the dumpster area Emptying outside trash cans Using power washer to clean sidewalks, parking areas, loading dock, dumpster area Trimming hedges Watering plants Maintaining lawns including planting, fertilizing, soil conditions, mulching, and applying pesticides Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment Painting curbs and parking lot stripes as assigned Other maintenance duties that may be assigned

E DUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
