Responsibilities:

​ Mowing (electric zero-turn and push mowers) Leaf blowing and removal Garden bed weeding Transplanting Hedge trimming and pruning Mulching Light masonry Snow removal

Requirements:

​ Must reside within reasonable driving distance to Acton, MA. Driver's license required. Strong work ethic required. 1 year landscaping experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

​​ $1 raise every 6 months. Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offered after 1 year of employment. Paid holidays available after 90 days of employment. Flexible schedule for part-time workers. Time-and-a-half overtime (unlimited). Bonuses given for excellent performance and/or long shifts. Opportunities for advancement - the CEO is passionate about promoting from within.
