Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like edging, pruning, and installing landscape features. Help with irrigation system maintenance. Assist with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, raking leaves, and ensuring tools are properly stored after use. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating equipment like excavators or other construction machinery. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus. Experience in construction or hardscape installation can be beneficial for supporting complex projects. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently when working with machinery. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance.
