Full-time, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping, property maintenance, and cleanup work Complete spring and fall cleanups Install mulch, loam, stone, plants, and other landscape materials Assist with lawn renovations, grading, drainage, and small construction projects Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Load and unload trucks, trailers, tools, and materials Assist with snow and ice-management operations during the winter Maintain equipment and keep trucks and work areas organized Follow company procedures and job-site safety requirements Work professionally around customers, coworkers, and client properties
Qualifications:
Landscaping or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to reliably arrive on time Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work Willingness to work longer hours during busy periods and winter storms Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew Experience operating landscaping equipment, trucks, trailers, or skid steers is a plus
