Responsibilities Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and installing seasonal color displays Follow proper landscaping techniques and adhere to safety practices at all times Operate vehicles and equipment as required for project completion Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and property managers on-site Read and implement enhancement plans and plant specifications accurately Qualifications 2+ years of experience in landscape enhancement or a related field Valid 2A (Hoisting) license, or willingness to obtain one Comfortable using smartphones and time-tracking applications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license Knowledge of plant material, hardscape installation, and seasonal enhancement practices Experience with snow removal, irrigation systems, or basic troubleshooting is a plus Familiarity with landscape estimating or job costing is a plus Tree work experience (pruning, removals, or related climbing/ground work) is a plus Catch basin installation or maintenance experience is a plus Knowledge of asphalt or concrete work is a plus Compensation Competitive pay based on experience .
