We aim to inspire homeowners to implement native plants on their property and empower them with the knowledge that they can make a positive environmental impact right at home. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and reliable part-time Ecolandscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to create and maintain sustainable landscapes that enhance the natural beauty of our clients' properties while promoting ecological health and local biodiversity. This role requires a blend of creativity, horticultural knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt. Responsibilities Assist in installing native plant landscapes Maintain and care for existing installations Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met Adapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, mulching, and irrigation management. Educate clients on native landscaping practices and the benefits of eco-friendly choices. Keep up-to-date with industry trends in ecological landscaping and environmental stewardship. Experience Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of native plants and sustainable gardening practices is preferred. Certification in horticulture or landscape design, or possession of a valid pesticide applicator license, is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
