The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and general landscaping duties. A successful Landscape Laborer will demonstrate mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate power tools effectively. Opportunity to move up to Crew lead/Foreman. Duties Perform mowing and lawn care tasks to maintain healthy and aesthetically pleasing lawns. Utilize power tools for various landscaping activities, including trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Engage in groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and maintaining flower beds. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features. Build and maintain garden structures as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Familiarity with lawn care practices and techniques is beneficial. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and garden maintenance. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
