Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Container Gardener Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the cultivation and maintenance of container gardens, ensuring healthy plant growth and vibrant displays. Your enthusiasm for gardening and horticulture will help create beautiful, thriving outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning container gardens to promote healthy growth. Help with logistical tasks such as transplanting plants and managing plant inventories. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards. Monitor plant health regularly, identifying pests or diseases early and reporting issues promptly. Experience Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance preferred; training will be provided. Familiarity with irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and growing techniques is a plus. Strong interest in container gardening practices and a proactive attitude toward plant care.
