Job Description
We are now seeking a landscaper/general Laborer for a well-known area Landscape company located in Marlboro, MA. New employees will be trained by knowledgeable supervisors on various tasks. Clean, safe work environment with a team focused on production and improvement. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, employee discount program, access to health insurance coverage, and more. We offer employee referral bonuses. Typical work hours will be from 7:00 am until Finish (4:30pm) Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturdays based on weather permitting. May offer year round work to the right candidate. Duties will include but not limited to: Maintain mowing and lawn care weed whacking, leave blowing, plant maintenance Spring and Fall clean ups some masonry work Plowing or shoveling in the winter Requirements Great customer service a must Experience with landscape a plus but willing to train Must be reliable Must have a drivers license Pay rate: starting at $16-24 (depending on experience) MBLT
