Greenhow is hiring a Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member to join our fall lawn care crew. This full-time position begins August 3rd or August 10th and runs through September 30th , our busiest and most important lawn improvement season. You'll work outdoors every day as part of a 2-person team , helping homeowners improve their lawns through aeration and overseeding services throughout Eastern Massachusetts. What You'll Do Aerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders Load and unload equipment and materials Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently Provide friendly, professional service to customers What We're Looking For This is a physically demanding position.

The ideal candidate:

Enjoys working outdoors all day Can repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags Is dependable and arrives on time every day Can safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and different terrain types Works well as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Has a valid driver's license (preferred) What We Offer Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday daytime hours Overtime opportunities available Paid training Work with professional equipment Supportive team environment Opportunity for future seasonal or permanent employment About Greenhow Greenhow has proudly served Eastern Massachusetts from our Auburndale/Newton location for more than 20 years.
