Role:
We are currently seeking a Gardener to join our maintenance crew. This hands-on field position focuses on detailed garden care for both residential and commercial properties. You'll work alongside a skilled team that values attention to detail, plant health, and creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prune shrubs and small trees to maintain plant health and appearance Perform seasonal planting and provide ongoing plant care Weed, deadhead, and maintain garden beds Assist with mulching, property cleanups, and occasional general maintenance tasks Safely use hand tools and light landscape equipment Keeping job sites clean and professional Whether you're an experienced gardener or just starting out, we encourage you to apply—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn Some experience with plant care, pruning, or gardening preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs A positive team player with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required

Work Schedule:
