Molloy Lawn & Landscape is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team and help us deliver high-quality landscape maintenance to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work alongside your Crew Leader to complete landscape maintenance services Help maintain healthy, attractive landscapes for our clients Operate landscape equipment safely and properly Follow established procedures and quality standards Pay close attention to detail and the quality of completed work Communicate professionally with clients and team members Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Learn and develop your landscape maintenance skills as part of the Molloy team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required :

Valid driver's license Basic English Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to work weekends and during peak seasons as needed Reliable and quality-driven approach to work

Preferred :

Previous landscape maintenance experience Experience using landscape maintenance equipment Experience driving a truck and trailer Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is ready to learn and grow.
