Job Description
Please note: Previous work experience on a golf course grounds crew is not required for this position, but is required to receive wages on the higher end of the listed range. Rockland golf Course is seeking a part-time or full-time grounds crew member. We are the longest 18-hole par 3 Golf Course East of the Mississippi River. Golf privleges are included for employees as well as discounts in the pro shop.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds and landscaping. Operate mowers, tractors, and other groundskeeping equipment. Perform general maintenance of the grounds, such as trimming trees and shrubs, raking leaves, and removing debris. Maintain records of work performed. Cup Changing Setting up Tee Markers Mower set-up Execution of in-house projects under the guidance of the Superintendent Other routine maintenance practices Must be able to safely move 50 pounds chest height and back down. Must be able to withstand extended periods of time on their feet.
