Overview Join our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Lawn Care Worker and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! Duties Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces neat and healthy.. Identify various plants, shrubs, and trees to support proper landscape care and health. Conduct groundskeeping tasks including debris removal, soil aeration, blowing, raking etc.. Maintain grounds maintenance equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal operation. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with groundskeeping tasks preferred. Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools safely. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation management. Ability to identify different plants, pests, and signs of disease affecting landscapes. Strong adherence to safety protocols while handling equipment or working around hazardous materials.
