Job Summary Scialdone Horticultural Services is hiring crew members to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our clients outdoor spaces into beautiful environments. Your expertise will help maintain and enhance our clients landscapes through hands-on work. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

• training provided, but landscape experience is preferred What You'll Do Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and landscape equipment Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush, vibrant lawns Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements to enhance landscape functionality Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Pay $15•24 Team Lead / Foreman 2+ years industry experience necessary Strong plant identification skills High level of demonstrable organization and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence What You'll Do Manage a dedicated maintenance route Lead a crew to fulfill scheduled work Manage small landscape improvement projects Effectively communicate with owner Pay $25•35 Hourly Qualifications Ability to operate hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation to transport yourself to sites Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude MA Drivers License We value energetic individuals who are passionate about outdoor work and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
