We design, install, and maintain seasonal plant displays, oversized planters, hanging baskets, and interior plants. Our work focuses on plants, flowers, seasonal color, and keeping beautiful commercial properties looking their best.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Crew Member to join our team. What You'll Do Your typical day will include: Arriving at our Walpole office at 6:15 AM Traveling with your crew to commercial properties throughout Greater Boston Installing seasonal flowers and plants Maintaining planters, hanging baskets, and exterior plantings Identifying pests, diseases, and plant health issues Following work orders and direction from the Crew Leader Troubleshooting problems in the field Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional Recording labor hours and account notes using Slack Interacting professionally with customers and property staff Loading and unloading plants, tools, and equipment Keeping company vehicles clean and organized

Schedule Typical start time:

6:15 AM Monday-Friday Workday end time varies depending on workload and season Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Our work is scheduled around customer commitments, so our crews need to be dependable and ready to work each day. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, physically active position.

You must be able to:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and carry throughout the day Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Work outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, and windy weather Occasionally climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, or similar structures Occasionally operate power tools, machinery, and/or motor vehicles Why Work With Flora Explora? Qualifications Required:

Reliable transportation to our Walpole office Ability to consistently arrive by 6:15 AM Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license & clean driving record.

Preferred:

1+ year of gardening, landscaping, horticulture, nursery, or related experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 48.0 per week
