Our hours are from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. Full time 40 hours per week. The job entails cleaning the outside of our apartment complexes daily. Responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image which includes, cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, hallways and any other common area. Lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming and weeding also necessary. Snow removal required. Must be a team player and help out. Should be available for some heavy lifting also.
