This is a part-time position offering approximately 25-30 hours per week , with the potential to develop into a full-time position for the right individual . Compensation & Benefits $15.00-$18.00 per hour , depending on experience Approximately 25-30 hours per week to start Potential opportunity for full-time employment Free golf privileges Consistent outdoor work Training provided Enjoyable golf course work environment Responsibilities Duties may include: Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough Operating golf course maintenance equipment Raking and maintaining bunkers Course setup, including changing cups and moving tee markers Trimming and general landscaping Filling divots and repairing turf Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the golf course Assisting with irrigation, drainage, and other course projects General grounds and property maintenance Other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is dependable and punctual Enjoys working outdoors Takes pride in keeping grounds looking their best Is comfortable performing active, hands-on work Can work independently as well as with a team Is willing to learn golf course maintenance procedures and equipment Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Golf course, landscaping, groundskeeping, farming, construction, or equipment experience is helpful but not required . A valid driver's license requires. Schedule Approximately 25-30 hours per week . Golf course maintenance typically begins early in the morning , allowing employees to finish earlier in the day. Some weekend and holiday availability may be required.
