The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves performing various tasks to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. In addition, experience with smart phone apps such as Case FMS, are required for logging. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and lawn care to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment to carry out landscaping duties effectively. Conduct tree trimming and care to promote growth and maintain safety. Assist in building landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls. Maintain grounds by ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area. Monitor plant health and report any issues related to pests or diseases. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques, including mowing, trimming, and general lawn care. Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment used in landscaping. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Experience in groundskeeping practices that enhance property aesthetics. Ability to perform tree trimming and care with attention to detail for optimal results. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
