Open Positions:

Groundsman Groundsmen support climbers and crews on the ground by managing ropes, debris, equipment, and site cleanup. This entry-level role is ideal for someone physically fit, dependable, and interested in learning the trade and growing within the company.

General Responsibilities:

Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment Follow all safety protocols and industry standards Assist with site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

Tree care experience Familiarity with tree climbing, rigging, or equipment use Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Leadership experience (Foreman role) A commitment to safety and quality workmanship Climber We are hiring experienced tree climbers to perform removals, pruning, and have experience working with cranes.
