All applicants MUST have their own reliable transportation Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds healthy and attractive Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules for diverse plantings while troubleshooting issues as needed Identify plants accurately to support horticultural health and perform pest management using appropriate pesticides following safety protocols Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and assessing health risks while adhering to safety standards Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and accessible Experience Proven outdoor work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, lawn care equipment, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery Familiarity with plant identification techniques and horticulture principles for healthy landscape management Knowledge of pesticide management procedures aligned with safety protocols to protect plants and environment Experience in tree care activities such as trimming or pruning to promote growth and safety Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously during equipment operation and outdoor tasks Prior involvement in snow plowing or winter grounds maintenance is a plus Punctuality- Be on TIME Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
