Job Description

Office located in Frederick MD. Servicing properties in
MD, DC, & VA
Position is over night from approximately 8:00 P.M- 6:00 A.M Schedule most likely to include weekend nights. Clean and maintain shopping centers and other commercial properties (Sweeper . Use handheld blower and dustpan/broom to clean sidewalks, curb lines, loading dock, dumpster areas. Includes use of Sweeper Truck and Pickup trucks. Empty trash cans and replace them with new plastic bags (must be able to lift 50 lb. minimum). Ability to use technology to check in and out of sites Work outside year-round in all types of weather. Requirements are successful completion of a per-employment background: Included but not limited to substance screening, employment verification, criminal search and Motor Vehicle Record •Must be 21 years of age•
