Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman (Experienced) P&A's Lawn CareandHauling Service - Hanover, MD 21076
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 / hour (Based on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to run our daily operations out of the Hanover/Anne Arundel County area. You will manage a 2-4 person crew, and ensure jobs are completed safely, on budget, and on schedule.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional landscaping experience in a leadership or foreman role.
  • Advanced operation of commercial zero-turn mowers (Scag, Exmark, Toro).
  • Expert-level handling of commercial line trimmers, edgers, hedge clippers, and blowers.
  • Experience operating landscaping machinery is highly preferred.
  • Ability to safely back up and maneuver a truck and commercial trailer setup.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 required).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
  • Must be able to pass a background check for commercial driving purposes.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
